Fostering a rabbit for Blue's Bunny Kingdom means giving one rabbit a cage-free home for weeks or months until it is adopted. We supply hay, equipment and veterinary care. You supply the space, the routine and the patience. We expect most placements to run sixty to ninety days.

Fostering with us
Why fostering matters more than anything else right now
We do not have land yet. Our foster network is how rabbits will be helped in the meantime, and it is how we learn to do this well before we do it at scale.
What we provide, once a rabbit is placed with you
Hay and pellets. A pen, litter box, hides and a dig box if you need them. All veterinary care, arranged and paid by us. A named person you can reach. Training before your first rabbit arrives.
What you provide
A room or a secured, rabbit-proofed area indoors. Roughly an hour a day. A household that can keep one rabbit separate from resident animals. Willingness to keep a rabbit through a bonding or medical setback rather than handing it back at the first difficulty.
Cage-free applies to you too
A foster rabbit lives in a pen it can leave, with floor time every day, on flooring it can grip. No hutch. No wire floor. No outdoor housing while RHDV2 is present in the local wild rabbit population.
