1. Acceptance. By using bluesbunny.org you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility. You must be eighteen or older to submit an application, create an account, or make a donation.

3. Not veterinary advice. The content on this site, including guides, articles, and protocols, is general information and education. It is not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. Consult a qualified veterinarian about your animal. If your animal is unwell, seek care immediately rather than relying on anything published here.

4. Veterinary directory. Our directory lists practices that have told us they treat rabbits. A listing is not a recommendation, endorsement, or warranty of any practice, veterinarian, service, price, or outcome. Information changes and may be out of date. Verify directly with the practice before relying on it.

5. Animal listings. Animals listed on this site are in the care of independent partner organizations. We do not own, hold, screen, or place these animals, and we are not a party to any adoption. Listing content is supplied by the partner organization and we do not independently verify it. All inquiries, applications, adoptions, and any dispute arising from them are between you and that organization.

6. Accounts. If we issue you account credentials you are responsible for keeping them secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

7. Your submissions. You are responsible for anything you submit. You warrant that you hold the rights to it and that it is accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use what you submit for the purpose you submitted it. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

8. Our content. Text, images, graphics, and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may link to and quote briefly from our content with attribution. You may not republish it in substantial part, or use it commercially, without written permission.

9. Donations. Donations are voluntary and, unless we agree otherwise in writing, unrestricted. See our Disclosures page for tax treatment, refunds, and recurring gifts.

10. Prohibited use. You will not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, submit false information, harvest personal information, interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that is harassing, defamatory, or malicious.

11. Third-party links. We link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Availability. We provide the site as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not permit these limitations, and in that case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

14. Indemnification. You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your use of the site, your submissions, or your breach of these terms.

15. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time.

16. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the State of California. Venue lies in Los Angeles County, California.

17. Changes. We may revise these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
